A Day in the Life of a Call Center Agent
As a Call Center Agent, you are on the front lines of customer satisfaction and loyalty, answering in-bound, scheduled conference calls, and assisting business leaders with the execution of their online meeting requirements. You are passionate about ensuring that each caller has the best possible experience. As our go-to Call Center Agent, we count on you to accurately collect participants’ data and enter it into the database.

Though you follow our predeveloped script, your warm, friendly personality comes through in all your interactions and leaves callers feeling as if they have just spoken with a good friend. Though you spend a lot of time on the phone, you don’t ever just “phone it in.” As a team player with integrity, you handle confidential information with the utmost care. You thrive in this exciting and fast-paced environment!

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and other web applications
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Clear speaking voice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
