A Day in the Life of a Call Center Agent
As a Call Center Agent, you might work behind the scenes reserving conferences and gathering data directly from clients to build work orders for the client’s teleconference. You might also handle both incoming and outgoing calls to support the event registration process of one of our largest accounts. Or, you could be on the front lines answering in-bound conference calls and assisting business leaders with the execution of their online meeting requirements.
Whichever role you are in your interactions leave callers feeling as if they have just spoken with a good friend. As a team player with integrity, you handle confidential information with the utmost care.
Qualifications for a Call Center Agent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and other web applications
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Clear speaking voice
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus
This is an in-office position; temporarily remote
Because each of our employee’s safety and well-being is our highest priority, our staff is currently working remotely, but we will have our teams back in the office soon with protocols and procedures that ensure a safe workplace.
In order to work remotely until then, you will need high-speed internet access and a quiet place to work with no background noise. We supply the computer, screen, and headset.
