Senior Vice President – Global Tech & Operations
Connex is seeking to hire an experienced, dynamic and multi-dimensional Senior Vice President of Global Tech & Operations (SVP) to join its Leadership Team. The role requires a demonstrated track record of strategic visioning, re-engineering core processes and implementing global systems. The role will have a shared responsibility for the company’s P&L, be responsible for building teams, creating products and services, and developing technology platforms to align with the business goals. The role also requires exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, management ability and the capacity to execute. The SVP will be a key partner to the CEO and a hands-on manager, provide a combination of strategic and operational leadership, be marketing and sales savvy, have a strong financial acumen, and sound business judgment.
